Coconut Custard Pie

Made in a blender.

2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)
1/4 c. oleo (aka margarine)
1 tbsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients in blender.  Add 1 cup coconut.  Pour in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
